  Profile: This role oversees MODC’s Monthly Giving program to meet annual revenue target and to grow

  long term donor value. Working with the National Director and the Mass Marketing agency of

  record, the Specialist will plan and execute strategies that integrate all relevant channels to

  acquire, cultivate and reactivate Monthly Donors to achieve set program goal. This position will

  also act as the primary relationship manager to engage and support Monthly donors. With the

  implementation of a donor CRM, the Specialist will track and evaluate the performance and

  effectiveness of program activities with regular reports and analysis.

  Createannualoperationalandfinancialplansthataddressthe3keyareasoftheprogram:

  1.AcquisitionofnewMonthlydonorsandconversionofprospects/leads

  2.CultivationofcurrentMonthlydonors

  3.Reactivationofcancelled/lapsedMonthlydonors

  oDevelopandmanageanexpense budgetthatensuresresourcesareinplacetoexecuteplansandachieverequiredoutcomes

  FundraisingManagementandExecution

  Developsolicitationcalendarandcontactstrategyutilizingallrelevantchannelsthatinclude mail,telephone,digital,face-to-faceetc.

  Executeallplannedactivitieswhilefosteringanenvironmentofrespect,accountability,motivationandproductivitywith allstakeholders

  Workwithmanagedservicepartnerontacticsto minimizecancellation

  Using the donor CRM, monitor and evaluate program results against set goals tooptimize plans throughoutthefiscalyear

  Identify synergies and opportunities with other colleagues/teams ensuring pro-activeplanning andcommunicationwherethereisintersectionofduties.

  RevenueGrowthandDonorStewardship

  Evolve the product offer and the value proposition under the new line of business toposition for significantgrowthinFY26and beyond

  WorkwithManager,Donor Stewardshipand AORtocreateaneffectiveonboardingexperiencetoenhanceretentionrate

  Work with Manager, Donor Stewardship and AOR to develop a donor journey andstewardshipcontentto increaselong termdonorvalue

  Act as the primary relationship manager to engage and support Monthly donors,responding in atimely mannerto alldonorinquiriesandrequests

  OperationsandTechnologySolutions

  Maintainrecordsofengagementusing thedonorCRM

  Facilitatethetransfer ofdatabetweenagencies/vendorsandthedonor CRM

  Planand executethe annualtaxreceiptproject,ensuringdata accuracyandtimely delivery

  Ensureadherencetoallapplicablepolicies,procedures,andprotocolspertainingtorecurringtransactions.

  Qualifications and experience

  A minimum of 2 years of revenue generation and customer relationship managementexperiencein afundraisingand/or not-for-profitenvironment

  PostsecondarydegreeordiplomainBusiness,Fundraising,Marketing,Communications or related discipline, or acceptable combination of equivalent educationand experience

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to interact withdonors/supporters, aswellasinternalandexternalstakeholdersfromdiversebackgroundsincluding staff,volunteers,clientsandvendors

  Strong computer skills including proficiency using a CRM/donor database and MicrosoftOffice

  Demonstrated planning and analytical skills, with experience in developing fundraisingtargets,budgetsandforecasts

  Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and relationships in a fast-paced andcollaborative environment

  Capableofexercisingcriticalthinkingandsoundjudgment

  Demonstrationofpositivity,creativity,innovationandversatility

  Abilitytoworkinteamsorindependentlywithminimaladministrativesupport
