Profile: This role oversees MODC’s Monthly Giving program to meet annual revenue target and to grow
long term donor value. Working with the National Director and the Mass Marketing agency of
record, the Specialist will plan and execute strategies that integrate all relevant channels to
acquire, cultivate and reactivate Monthly Donors to achieve set program goal. This position will
also act as the primary relationship manager to engage and support Monthly donors. With the
implementation of a donor CRM, the Specialist will track and evaluate the performance and
effectiveness of program activities with regular reports and analysis.

FundraisingManagementandExecution
Developsolicitationcalendarandcontactstrategyutilizingallrelevantchannelsthatinclude mail,telephone,digital,face-to-faceetc.
Executeallplannedactivitieswhilefosteringanenvironmentofrespect,accountability,motivationandproductivitywith allstakeholders
Workwithmanagedservicepartnerontacticsto minimizecancellation
Using the donor CRM, monitor and evaluate program results against set goals tooptimize plans throughoutthefiscalyear

Qualifications and experience
A minimum of 2 years of revenue generation and customer relationship managementexperiencein afundraisingand/or not-for-profitenvironment
PostsecondarydegreeordiplomainBusiness,Fundraising,Marketing,Communications or related discipline, or acceptable combination of equivalent educationand experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to interact withdonors/supporters, aswellasinternalandexternalstakeholdersfromdiversebackgroundsincluding staff,volunteers,clientsandvendors
Strong computer skills including proficiency using a CRM/donor database and MicrosoftOffice
Demonstrated planning and analytical skills, with experience in developing fundraisingtargets,budgetsandforecasts
Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and relationships in a fast-paced andcollaborative environment
