----Job Description----Marsh & McLennan Shared Services LLC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Seattle, WA office. (Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the work site).Specialist - IT Product SupportWe will count on you to:Contribute to critical in-house application development projects with a focus on published workflow, best practices, and compliance procedures across our business and affiliates. Ensure optimum performance, configuration and health across company's CAT modelling environments is properly maintained. Collaborate with the CAT Modelling Analytics team across the business in various regions in order to ensure Analytics Operations administrative software tools and systems are updated. Collaborate with MMC IT (MGTI). Responsible for the planning and publishing of application installation and upgrades, as well as the review of application software licenses, ensuring alignment with published regulations and restrictions. Liaise with external vendor partners as required by the needs of the business in order to deliver effective solutions based on analyses of vendor products. Stay informed of vendor product direction in order to ensure that company's designs are optimized. Conduct system testing internally and with vendors as required prior to business release and ensure that all pre-production checklists have been adhered to. Respond to emergency support requests associated with all MMC critical response initiatives, server monitoring advices, and MGTI tickets in an efficient and timely manner as needed. Communicate updates and outages of servers to business analysts and regularly update knowledgebase post resolution. Assist with training initiatives in specific company modelling environments. Provide expert guidance in recognizing trends and identifying reoccurring issues.What you need to have:Must have Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field plus three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as a Technical Analyst or a related position.
