  Summary

  Ethics and integrity are fundamental DAI values and are at the core of how DAI interacts with clients, partners, employees, and vendors across the globe. Our commitment to ethics and integrity is manifested in DAI’s Global Ethics and Integrity Program and is affirmed by DAI’s Board of Managers. DAI’s Global Ethics and Integrity Program applies across the entire company to all entities in which DAI has an ownership position. Our commitment to ethics and integrity is further manifested in the written standards for technical excellence and project management we apply to all our work.

  DAI is proud to have built an industry-leading ethics and integrity program that has become ingrained in the way we work across the globe and is recognized by our clients as a meaningful differentiator. The program is actively supported by DAI’s Global Executive Team (GXT) and board of managers. The ethics and integrity team, led by DAI’s Chief Ethics and Integrity Officer (CEIO), will build on this foundation and continue to develop and implement an ethics and integrity program that addresses DAI’s evolving business, and ensures that all of DAI employees, clients, and stakeholders have voice and are empowered to raise ethics questions and concerns without fear of retaliation.

  The Specialist, Ethics and Integrity will be a key member of the E&I team. They will provide support to the broader E&I team through project management, effective communications, and administrative functions to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of DAI’s E&I program.

  Responsibilities

  Program Management

  o Develop a strong understanding of DAI’s values, code of conduct, compliance requirements, and ethics program

  o Provide administrative support to the team to ensure effective implementation of the program. This includes:

  § Organizing and scheduling E&I events and activities

  § Managing the E&I files and other departmental records

  § Coordinating with other departments on E&I matters

  Helping coordinate the roll out of critical annual activities, such as mandatory training and surveys

  NAVEX database administration

  o Ensure that all cases that are reported across tiers and reporting channels are entered into the

  o Ensure that cases are attended to by the assigned investigator and closed in a timely manner

  o Serve as the SysAdmin for the database, managing user access and ensuring that all cases follow a common standard

  o Serve as NAVEX vendor relationship manager

  Communications

  o Develop (and/or coordinate with DAI’s corporate communications team) outreach materials such as: newsletters, video clips, social media messages (both internal and external), posters, cards, traveler briefing packets, etc.

  o Arrange periodic events and/or communication initiatives on specific topics to engage global staff on issues relating to E&I

  o Create and update E&I materials (such as updates to DAI’sCode of Business Conduct and Ethics, training materials, etc.), including updating references and links to E&I materials across DAI’s internally- and externally-facing sites and tools

  o Coordinate the translation of materials into languages other than English

  Data Analytics

  o Use data from the NAVEX database to update the team’s internal E&I dashboard

  o Analyze data from across sources NAVEX, E&I dashboard, surveys) to develop reports and recommendations for business unit leaders and DAI’s GXT

  Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

  Qualifications & Skills

  Minimum Requirements:

  · Grade 5: Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience and a college degree. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  · Able to handle highly confidential and/or highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

  · Excellent attention to detail.

  · Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/competing deadlines simultaneously.

  · Able to work as part of a decentralized team with minimal oversight.

  · Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.

  · Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients, and tailor communication style to diverse audiences.

  · Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization and external clients from diverse backgrounds.

  · Demonstrated ability to balance the sometimes-conflicting perspectives and priorities of different groups, create inclusive work environments, and work effectively within a culturally diverse environment.

  · Able and willing to travel to any country where DAI currently operates, or may wish to operate, barring times when DAI Global Security has deemed travel unsafe.

  · Able and willing to adjust work schedule, if needed, to support teams located in different time zones/countries.

  Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  Preferred, but not required:

  · Professional working proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, Russian, or Arabic preferred).

  · Knowledge of DAI.

  · Prior experience working in on projects operating outside of the United States.

  Compensation & Benefits:

  For employees working the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,417 to $96,962. Salary for part-time employees will be prorated based on actual hours worked. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.

  Eligible U.S. based employees, will be able to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. Additionally, employees will be eligible for company-paid annual leave (vacation & holidays), sick leave, parental leave; as well as short- and long-term disability coverage. Detailed information will be provided at the time a formal offer is extended.

  For employees working outside of the United States, compensation and benefits will vary based on location.
