  DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

  That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

  This position involves assisting recovery vendors and skip recovery specialists with questions, fee approvals, and discussions on contracted expectations. In addition, the role serves as a liaison between the customer and recovery vendors to resolve complaint issues.

  In long, you will:

  Serve as main point of contact and assist with inquiries from our network of repossession vendors while ensuring confidentiality of the company’s operations, portfolio, customer information, and technology

  Provide guidance to recovery vendors regarding contracted SLAs, performance trends and clarification on gray area scenarios

  Review, approve or decline fees associated to repossession efforts within defined SLAs

  Prepare reporting and facilitate monthly conversations with repossession vendors regarding performance, invoicing, compliance, etc.

  Complete frequent audits to ensure contract compliance and proactively identify and mitigate third party related risk

  Prepare monthly business review for presentation with vendors and internal stakeholders

  Facilitate onboarding process of new vendors, as well as create and execute policies and procedures

  Resolve performance related issues/escalations

  Performs other related duties as assigned

  Passionate and goal-oriented. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about their work and is passionate about not only meeting their goals but exceeding them.

  The Specifics.

  High School Diploma

  Experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook and Word

  2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
