　　Your Focus

　　As Specialist based out of our Finance Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible to perform and coordinate all cash related activities.

　　The role reports to Team Leader.

　　How you will contribute

　　• Download Bank Statements from Bank Website (as when and required).

　　• Reconcile whether all the feeds have been received to SAP or not.

　　• Daily Cash Application as per the remittances received.

　　• Work on research and on account items.

　　• Maintain and clear the Suspense account.

　　• Update comments for open items in Blackline (related to customer accounts).

　　• Small balance write offs.

　　• Knowledge on Auto application tool.

　　• Process refund requests for Double/Over/Incorrect payments from customers.

　　• Flexible with work content and timings.

　　• Periodic updates of SOP.

　　• Work closely with AP/GL and Onshore Team to resolve the customer queries.

　　• Understand upstream and downstream processes and impact.

　　• Knowledge on month end activities and to be proactive in highlighting any issues.

　　• Strong knowledge in SAP and should have worked for NA or EMEA Clients.

　　• Mentor team members and resolve their queries.

　　• Co-ordinate with upstream and downstream processes in case of any issues.

　　Job Requirements

　　What you will need to be successful

　　• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA or any other relevant discipline.

　　• At least 3 – 6 years of experience in Cash Application.

　　• Proven expertise with SAP is a must.

　　• Experience working in Blackline tool will be an added advantage.

　　• Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

　　• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　• Ability to work under pressure.

　　• Meticulous, accurate and detail oriented.

　　• Proactive and willing to engage colleagues to resolves issues.

　　• Ability to work independently to resolve complex process/system issues in a team environment multitask and adapt to a changing environment.

　　• Ability to network with Centres and colleagues in other countries and regions.
