　　Edwards THV事業部は、経カテーテル大動脈弁留置術(TAVI)で使用するデバイスを取り扱う事業部です。TAVIの対象となる疾患、重度の大動脈弁狭窄症の未治療患者は多く、年々治療数も増えています。

　　クリニカルエデュケーショングループでは、TAVIの施設導入期からHCPを対象とする自社製品の安全使用を目的としたトレーニングの企画と運営を行います。HCPへのトレーニングを通してTAVIの治療成績向上に貢献できるやりがいのある仕事です。私たちはTAVIの治療成績向上に一緒に取り組んで頂ける方を歓迎します。

　　担当職務

　　クリニカルエデュケーショングループの仕事全般：

　　クリニカルエデュケーショングループは医療従事者（HCP）向けに、TAVIの適正• 安全使用を目的としたトレーニングプログラムの企画• 運営や教育コンテンツの作成を行います。

　　＜主な職務内容＞

　　• HCP向けトレーニングプログラム（ラーニングセンター• 技術指導）の企画• 運営

　　• TAVI導入時に行うファンダメンタルズトレーニングの運営

　　• HCP向けの教育コンテンツ作成

　　• トレーニングやラーニングセンターの受講記録の管理

　　※経験に応じて、上記の仕事以外に、他グループと連携して行う仕事もお願いすることがあります。（最大20%程度）

　　応募要件

　　＜必須要件＞

　　• • 医療業界でSales、Clinical specialist、マーケティングといったHCPと直接関わる仕事を2年以上経験

　　• 社内および顧客への交渉能力を有する

　　• 役割に応じて仕事をリードすることができるだけでなく、チームメンバーのサポートもできる

　　• 国内出張が可能（20%-30%）

　　• 未経験の事にも挑戦し、必要なスキルを習得することができる

　　• コンプライアンスや社内のSOPを理解して仕事ができる

　　＜歓迎するスキル、又は経験＞

　　• KOLマネジメントの経験

　　• HCP向けの教育トレーニングを企画• 運営した経験

　　• 教育コンテンツ（手技動画や講義動画）を作成した経験

　　• 英語力　 （英語を使って行う仕事もあるので、英語を使って仕事をしたい方はアピールしてください。 / TOEICなどのスコアをお持ちであれば記載してください。）

　　• インターベンション業界（特にTAVI）で仕事をした経験
