Space and Counterspace Modeling & Simulation Analyst, MidKey Role:Serve as a Space Systems Engineer to impact future space-focused DoD ForceDesigns for the client by applying modeling, simulation, and analysis(MS&A) expertise to assess space architectures. Build simulation modelsto support wargaming, exercises, and operational space protection issueresolution. Employ and develop modeling, simulation, and analysis tools tointerpret results, identify meaningful parameters, and recommendmodifications or courses of action based on findings. Work as a member of awargaming team of analysts, system developers, the operationalcommunity, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to assess theeffectiveness of future system concepts and force designs.
Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience with space systems modeling, simulation, andanalysis (MS&A)-5+ years of experience working within DoD space operations or the MissileDefense Community-Experience applying knowledge about simulation methods and tools for analysisof complex systems to develop simulation models leveraging industry-standardtools or programming languages-Experience designing and executing experiments, exercises or wargames,identifying measures of performance and effectiveness, and quantifyingimpact to operations-TS/SCI clearance-Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:-Experience conceptualizing military problems and decomposing high-levelmissions through simulation and modeling-Experience executing analysis using M&S tools, including AdvancedFramework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM), SystemsTool Kit (STK), or others-Experience with Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Position,Navigation and Timing (PNT), Command and Control (C2), ElectronicWarfare (EW), cyber operations, and foreign Counterspace preferred-Knowledge of DoD or IC space program acquisitions and organizations-Knowledge of MBSE and Systems Modeling Language (SysML) concepts,tools, and best practices-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred-Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Research preferred

Theprojected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to$186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents thetypical salary range for this position and is just one component of BoozAllen's total compensation package for employees.
