Assists and acts in the absence of the Director/Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Performs duties of staff positions as needed. Participates in marketing, merchandising, programming, conducting inventory and recording and tracking financial statistics. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
