　　Job Description

　　What you will be doing:

　　Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities

　　Keep the Spa areas and Fitness Center clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times

　　Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required

　　Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.

　　Qualifications

　　Your experience and skills include:

　　Customer service experience required, preferably within a luxury environment

　　Housekeeping experience preferred

　　High School Diploma or equivalent
