Sous Chef Sous Chef may work in anytype of food location on premises. This individual provides oversight atthe direction of the management team on site to coordinate routine workactivities of workers within the Loomis communities. This individualwill provide support to management in the daily oversight of keyfunctions and employees during the normal course of business as well asassume rolls and functions of executive chef in the event of the chef\'sabsence.
