　　Snowflake's GTM recruitment team is actively seeking an experienced sourcer who has deep knowledge within the sales engineering and services space. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager, GTM Recruitment and will be afforded the opportunity to take a consultative approach in advising and guiding hiring teams to identifying the best talent.

　　You will work directly with hiring managers with a clear path to career advancement.

　　IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Work with all GTM teams assisting with identifying diverse talent for all NOAM positionsWork closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a wholeDevelop and lead innovative search strategies for both active and passive talentServe as a subject matter authority on effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipelineAct as a true business partner collaborating closely with recruitment and hiring managers to provide detailed mapping of the industry talent and trendsSupport and help define and refine our diversity, equity and inclusion strategiesON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:5+ years of experience in a sourcing role ideally with in-house and agency experienceDeep network and experience within the sales engineering and services space requiredExceptional sourcing skills with a deep knowledge within the data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence and cloud computing industries specifically for GTM skillsetsExpertise in Recruiter LinkedIn with a proven track record successfullyidentifying and filling pipeline with qualified talent for hard to fill positionsAbility to work on a large number of positions across multiple organizations prioritizing diversityGEM expertise a plusThe following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $113,000 - $152,200.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
