　　Location: Chicago, IL

　　Shift:

　　Mon-Fri

　　Nights - 11pm -7am

　　Rotating Weekends

　　NO ON CALL

　　Pay Rate (Local) : $80/HR

　　Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package

　　Total Travel Package: $3,375.00/Week

　　Taxable Wages = $1,800.00/Week

　　Weekly Housing Allowance = $1022.00/Week

　　Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $553.00/Week

　　Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,925.00/Week

　　Requirements:

　　2 years of experience

　　CPR/BLS

　　ARDMS

　　Covid Vaccinated

　　Experience in General Vascular
