Description

　　We are seeking an experienced Solutions Delivery Lead specializing in Workday Integration to lead and execute integration projects on a contractual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Workday integration solutions, ensuring successful implementation, and meeting the business requirements of our clients.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday integration projects from initiation to completion.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

　　Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

　　Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integration capabilities.

　　Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient Workday integration solutions.

　　Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in Workday integration.

　　Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and integration needs.

　　Provide guidance and recommendations on optimizing Workday integration for specific business processes.

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project delivery.

　　Conduct thorough testing and validation of Workday integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.

　　Implement quality control processes and perform regular reviews to identify and address issues proactively.

　　Create comprehensive documentation for Workday integration solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

　　Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.

　　Identify potential risks and challenges in Workday integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.

　　Proactively address issues to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as a Solutions Delivery Lead with a focus on Workday integration.

　　Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related modules.

　　Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.

　　Excellent project management and leadership skills.

　　Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Workday certification in integration or related areas.

　　Experience with other HR systems and integrations.

　　Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

　　Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Workday integration.
