Responsibilities
The Solution Principal is responsible for the presentation and delivery of the Customer Success value proposition and proactively supporting our Sales teams as we drive for ARR growth across the EMEA region. While the initial customer requirements are obtained by the Sales team, the Solution Principal may from time to work with the Sales team during the initial discovery process to ensure that the prospect’s requirements are fully understood and included in the scope of works to be delivered by our delivery team.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with a team of Product Sales and Pre-Sales team to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessary
Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities
Work with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope
Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts
Manage and prioritize requests from both Account Management and Direct teams
Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales opportunities
Develop, deliver and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Proposition
Participate in developing strategic sales approach for prospective customers
Perform knowledge transfer to the delivery team
Assist in the planning phase of projects
Assist clients with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy
Preferred Qualifications include:
Oracle NetSuite platform solution experience
ERP lifecycle experience, ideally in a consulting capacity
3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider
Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role
Strong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions
Services Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plus
Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP and eCommerce applications is a plus
2nd European language would be advantageous.
Fluency in Swedish is highly preferable
