We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Migration Program Lead Architect with a background in leading highly complex Microsoft Azure migration Programs who will be a valuable part of our Industry Solutions Delivery team in the UK. This customer-facing position empowers customers on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience.

　　You will have responsibility for leading the delivery of high quality architectural programs and business outcomes based on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform. Demonstrating deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and offerings across the entire life-cycle, together with a critical focus on opportunity management, leadership and technical governance, this is your chance to drive transformational results and enable the realisation of business strategy for both customers and Microsoft Industry Solutions.

　　With a combination of your architectural experience, technical leadership and your personable and consultative customer engagement style, you will be well positioned to succeed in this role. Other skills and experiences that will be important in allowing you to add value include:

　　A background of leading the technical delivery of highly complexprogramsfocused on Azure Migration services atenterprise scale, including:

　　Building and Leading a Team of high performing Senior Migration Architects

　　Coordinating teams and customers across multiple time zones

　　Establishing and Driving governance councils and setting technical standards

　　Strong customer relationships and stakeholder management

　　A good understanding of Azure Services

　　Technical decision making for Application Architecturestrategy

　　Experience of migrating from AWS to Azure

　　Proven understanding of Azure Well-Architected Framework and the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure.

　　Regular involvement in presenting complex technical topics to both an executive and a technical audience

　　An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms

　　Experience in several complex product development or migration projects from on-premise to cloud platforms for enterprise customers

　　Experience engaging in large scale consulting engagement(including estimation models, scoping, development of budgetary estimates, writing proposals)

　　Ability to lead a multidisciplinary technical team, provide clear direction and take accountability for technical project outcomes
