　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Services Lead IV in Glen Burnie, MD

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　The Software Services Lead IV is a subject matter expert (SME) who oversees and manages the planning and delivery of software development services and environments. They ensure associated projects are executed within budget, schedule, and performance requirements. They manage associated risk, report project status, and coordinate contractual deliverables. They apply leadership and communication expertise to enable successful collaboration across functional boundaries and ensure associated service teams are adequately organized, resourced, and directed to achieve successful project outcomes. The Software Services Lead IV is an SME with proven expertise in delivering applications and environments. The Software Services Lead IV supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　12 years of related experienceMinimum Education:

　　Bachelor’s degree in a related area or a HS Degree and 16 years’ experience

　　A candidate holding a relevant master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

　　Required Certifications

　　7 years of position-specific relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related discipline.Desired Certifications

　　SAFe 6 Process Consultant (SPC) certification. Master's degree in relevant discipline. 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment. DoD 8570.01-m Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification.Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilityPhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
