Meta is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Software Engineering team. We are looking for candidates who share a passion for tackling complexity and building platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude.You will join the Financial Integrity Risk engineering team. The team is responsible to build system and tools to help detect and stop financial risk throughout the customer and business journey.Our Tech:We are using a variety of ML and stats models and algorithms, from classic supervised learning, to anomaly detection, unsupervised learning and semi supervised learning, to detect and mitigate ongoing fraud campaigns.In our solutions we are using Graph Neural Networks, Ensembles, Boosting, Regression models, Time Series data, Causal Inference and more.

　　Software Engineer, Financial Risk Responsibilities:

　　Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of coding languagesCreate consumer products and features using internal programming language HackImplement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScriptWork closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build products leveraging frameworks such as React & React NativeWork closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end servicesBuild report interfaces and data feedsSets direction and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality and engineering efficiencyLeads major initiatives, projects, teams, rollouts and phased-releasesHelps to onboard new team members, provides mentorship and enables successful ramp up on your team's code basesMinimum Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex technical projectsProgramming experience in either C, C++, Java, C# or other relevant coding languagesRelevant experience building large-scale applications or similar experienceExperience leading major initiatives successfully. Experience leading projects and teams accordinglyExperience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliabilityExperience improving stability through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changesExperienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.About Meta:
