　　What does a successful Software Development Manager do at Fiserv?

　　Fiserv is looking for a Software Development Manager to join our engineering group within Fiserv’s Global Business Solutions business and support our Catalyst platform.

　　You will be joining an organization responsible for mission critical platforms that support our payments acquiring business. We process over 350 million payment transactions per day with a peak throughput of over 8,000 transactions per second all while maintaining millisecond fast response time. All this is done for some of the largest merchants in the US.

　　This fast-paced online transaction processing environment requires a passionate critical problem solver who can balance platform stability and resiliency along with modern engineering practices and solutions.

　　What you will do:

　　Manage, mentor, and inspire multiple teams of software engineers across UI and web services

　　Maintain technology delivery and meeting delivery targets

　　Develop and document high-quality code to solve strategically important problems

　　Provide high quality code and design review feedback to other engineers; define and lead the adoption of standards and best practices for code and design reviews

　　Be a role model and mentors other engineers in the team to achieve their full potential

　　What you will need to have:

　　9+ years of experience with Java, REST, SOAP, and microservices

　　5+ years of experience with IntelliJ, GIT, BitBucket, local development server

　　5+ years of experience in Java 11, Sprint Boot, MySQL, DynamoDB

　　4+ years of experience in Amazon applications like ELB, SQS, SES, SWF, SNS

　　2+ years of experience in Play Framework

　　2+ years of experience in DB2 and Oracle database SQL development

　　2+ years of experience in payment processing platforms

　　1+ years of experience in Scala

　　Experience managing a team of 6-8 senior and junior developers

　　What would be great to have:

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

　　Experience with AWS concepts like SQS, SES, SWF, SNS

　　Experience with APIs interaction with salesforce

　　Experience with OAUTH, Jax-B, Jax-RS, JUnits

　　Experience in Integration Engineering and/or Professional Services.

　　Continuous deployment using IntelliJ, GIT, BitBucket, local development server
