SHINE Systems is hiring a Software Developer to work in support of an Intelligence Community program. This position requires experience providing development support to senior government leadership working on-site in a mixed government and contractor environment.

　　The Software Developer will join a team supporting data warehousing, business intelligence and reporting. Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following programming languages and technologies is a must: PHP, Tableau, IBM DataStage ETL, PL/SQL, SharePoint, or Business Objects.

　　Provide support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to financial and acquisition systems including:

　　Timely on-site customer support for users

　　Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.

　　Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.

　　Recommend and execute improvements in the programs.

　　End user support and interface management for financial systems

　　Support for successful transaction processing

　　Query development and troubleshooting

　　Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

　　Requirements & Desired :

　　BA/BS with 8 years' experience

　　Current TS/SCI security clearance

　　Current CI polygraph or ability to obtain CI polygraph.

　　Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role

　　Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies.

　　Business Intelligence Tools Experience (preferably Business Objects)

　　Experience in developing reports and dashboards in BI Tool (preferably Tableau)

　　Significant PL/SQL Experience

　　Ability to troubleshoot interfaces.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

　　Outstanding customer service skills

　　Ability to lead testing initiatives for releases as needed.

　　Ability to document processes as needed.

　　Desired:

　　Experience with and Enterprise Data Warehouse is a plus.

　　Oracle DBA experience is a plus.

　　Knowledge of Federal acquisition processes desired.
