Description

　　The clinical therapist/social worker is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating individual and group mental health services directly related to client care. Under the manager the clinical therapist/social worker is also responsible for coordinating case management activities in accordance with standards, guidelines, regulations and procedures of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. The position has the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties with minimal supervision.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Human Services/Social Work, Or

　　Master's Degree in Counseling/Psychology

　　California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire, Or

　　California Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire

　　1 year of clinical experience in mental health settings, working with seriously mentally ill clients/patients.
