　　Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Slot Service Technician to join our team at GEM in Naperville, Illinois. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure all GEM owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations

　　Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair

　　Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to

　　Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues

　　Work as an ambassador for GEM

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required

　　Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency

　　Intermediate computer skills

　　Maintain a valid driver's license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Illinois Requirements

　　General knowledge of gaming regulations

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time

　　Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
