　　Slot Guest Service Rep Pahrump Nugget, Gold Town & Lakeside (Pahrump, NV)

　　Description:

　　Summary:Monitors assigned areas, verifies jackpots, machine tilts, distribution of promotional tickets. Ensures the casino floor maintains a clean, orderly, and welcoming appearance always.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

　　Delivers prompt slot service including processing hand pay transactions, fixing routine slot machine issues like ticket jams bill acceptor errors, touch screen issues, and adding tickets to machines.

　　Assist slot technicians by maintaining slot machines and helping EVS ensure that chairs are pushed in and machines are clean.

　　Maintain a working knowledge of players club in order to effectively explain to guests

　　Maintain a working knowledge of special events and promotions on property, in order to advise guests.

　　Assist with casino promotions and tournaments, if needed.

　　Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position

　　Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Requirements:

　　Qualifications

　　Previous customer service experience preferred

　　Excellent communication skills with experience working in team environment

　　Proven experience providing high level of guest service

　　Must have the ability to operate computer equipment including a calculator

　　Must be at least 21 years of age

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal

　　Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

　　Verify right to work in the United States
