　　Job Summary

　　Manage and develop Health, Safety and Environment for the site.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Lead, champion and deploy the GKN Aerospace HSE policies and procedures throughout the site

　　Develop and implement the site HSE CI plan to meet the objectives for site, Region and GKN Aerospace

　　Report and manage all incidents with appropriate agencies and GKN Aerospace

　　Ensure statutory compliance of the site

　　Set targets for site HSE performance

　　Provide reports as required on site HSE performance

　　Manage Risk Assessment activities at the site, identifying hazards and aspects

　　Support Health and Safety and Environmental site certifications as required

　　Ensure employees are trained and competent in relation to HSE

　　Job Qualifications

　　Required

　　Bachelor's degree - Environmental Engineering, Health and Safety or related

　　7 years of total HSE experience

　　3 years HSE Leadership in a manufacturing environment

　　3 years of experience leading change efforts in a manufacturing environment

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State and Local Laws, Safety Laws and Policies

　　Experience with state Safety and Environmental Regulatory agencies

　　U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Project Management experience

　　Lean Six Sigma

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State and Local Laws, Safety Laws and Policies

　　Experience with state Safety and Environmental Regulatory agencies
