　　YOUR ROLE

　　The Henkel Bowling Green, KY manufacturing facility is looking for top talent to lead our facility to Best in Class performance levels and culture.  We have a clear 3-5 yr journey laid out to build capability and deliver results using the process of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS).  If you enjoy working with others and have a passion for improvement, come join our winning team!  This position will lead the CI activities for the large 600 employee site and report directly to the Site VP of Operations.

　　Lead and coach CI activities across the 5 departments/cells, including TPM activities, Lean and shop-floor activities

　　Manage and coach 2 Vertical Start Up (VSU) Mgrs directly and 6 CI Cell Leads indirectly

　　Help facilitate and train key TPM/LSS concepts, Including Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, PM, 5-why analysis and quick changeovers (SMED).

　　Lead OEE loss analysis for site and coach root cause analysis and action plans to close gaps

　　Leads site waste and cost reduction initiatives

　　YOUR SKILLS

　　Minimum 3-5 years’ experience required leading TPM/CI directly, experience and skills in Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Equipment Mgmt/VSU, Visual Mgmt, 5S, 5-Why, SMED, etc.

　　Must be results driven

　　BS degree in Engineering or similar degree required, Master’s degree preferred

　　10-15 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, Consumer Products (CPG) preferred

　　The salary for this role is $98,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
