This position is also responsible forensuring required paperwork is accurate and completed on a timely basis.Pay Rate: $23.10 - $30.24 per hour.Pay is dependent upon education and experience.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilitiesto perform these essential functions.Utilizes strong computer skills by assisting with the processing of workorders, purchase orders, and other relevant paperworkEnsures completion of all relevant paperwork in a timely manner. This includesbut is not limited to: Safety Damage Sheets, Purchase Orders, IncidentReports, warranty work orders, and customer invoicingCreates and closes in a timely manner, all POs, ensuring accuracy,correct pricing, and detailed comments for future referenceManages available reports to boost productivityReviews profit and loss statements to help manage repair expenses and maximizeprofitabilityEnsures a safe work environment by modeling and requiring that safety policesare always followedPrioritizes maintenance productivity by internal/external customer promise(reservation) date, mechanics skill level, and profitability to the companyEfficiently coordinates urgent rental equipment requestsCoordinates the availability of rental equipment with counter representativesas neededCoordinates the availability of sales equipment with the sales coordinatorthrough established proceduresSeeks 6 Sigma efficiency improvementsEnsures compliance with the various regulatory agencies, such as ANSI,OSHA, and DOTCommunicates the status of customer repairs in professional and courteousmannerNegotiates invoicing disputes with customers being mindful of theirsatisfaction while maximizing profitabilityCommunicates as needed with rental and equipment sales representatives toensure customer satisfaction is achieved.Trains assigned personnel according to the mechanics skill level and the needsof the companyEnsures company standards of quality are achievedCoordinates the timely preparation of all new equipment deliveries from themanufacturerSeeks assistance as needed from the Branch ManagerOther duties as assigned by managerSupervisory Responsibilities:Indirect supervision of Level 1, 2, 3, and Field Service MechanicsProvides positive leadership, a professional image, and solid work ethicsand values at all times to establish a behavior model for subordinatesCultivates a 5S culture and inspire 1% positive changeDevelops an effective work schedule that meets the daily and after-hourproductivity challeng s of the branchDiscusses objectives for strategic goals and develops an achievable actionplan for successMonitors and documents the performance of direct reports and conductsmeaningful, honest performance reviewsRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED5 years in the mechanical repair field with lead person or shop foremanexperience3-5 years customer service experience3-5 years supervisory/management experiencePhysical Demands & Competencies:Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingAscending or descending ladders, stairs, etc.Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 70 pounds or moreData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational,communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeIntermediate leadership skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelBasic knowledge of DBSIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OutlookIntermediate knowledge of WynneWork Environment:Noise: ModerateIndoors and OutdoorsOther Duties:Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings which
