Pay Rate :
$60,200 - $80,300
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:
Leads and directs daily activities of the distribution center, including productivity, quality, service, and on-time delivery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer requirements and organization goals are achieved.
Ensures all work is performed in a safe, clean, productive environment. Promotes safety and housekeeping by following established safety rules and procedures.
Manages and coordinates daily activities for all hourly team members at the distribution center.
Works closely with customer service department, accounting, and sales to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Manages all warehouse space to best service of our customers
Manages the safety and production of the till machine and all related activities within the till erecting operation
Manages and logs daily till machine productivity metrics in comparison to stated goals
Manages raw material and finished goods inventory with the assistance of the sales and customer service team.
Works closely with customer service to maintain HRMS integrity specific to shipping bill of lading process
Ensures that trucks are scheduled to the best efficiency, keeping in mind freight costs and ship to locations when coordinating the preparation of the daily shipping schedule.
Schedules deliveries out of the distribution center 6 days a week per customer demands.
Cost analysis for all deliveries and customer pick-ups
Maintains relationship with dedicated carrier and assigned dispatcher to ensure dock appointments are achieved and deliveries are made on time.
Works with loaders to guarantee loads are checked for correct quantities, weight, and quality of loads.
Works with machine operators and assistants to ensure solid fibre tills meet the expectation of the customer in regards to quality, count, and unit appearance as indicated on the product specification.
Guarantees that machine operators and lift drivers maintain up to date safety training.
Maintains the integrity of finished goods inventory inside the distribution center. Works closely with accounting and customer service to ensure accuracy of data. Responsible for tracking inventory.
Maintains and keeps current the overall knowledge of costs associated with the shipping department.
Manages costs relative to operational and shipping expenses.
The Skills You Will Bring:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous shipping and/or manufacturing experience required.
Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry preferred.
Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
