RideNow Powersports on Boulder is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. RideNow Powersports offers a dynamic and exciting work environment for individuals interested in the powersports industry.

　　In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods. You will work closely with the parts team and other departments to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against damage, purchase orders and packing slips

　　Organize and stock received inventory in appropriate locations

　　Prepare and package items for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labels are attached

　　Coordinate with freight companies and carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries

　　Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

　　Collaborate with management to ensure efficient inventory management

　　Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed

　　Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

　　Requirements

　　Prior experience in shipping and receiving or related field

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Ability to accurately inspect and verify incoming shipments

　　Knowledge of inventory management systems

　　Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

　　Proficient computer skills, including MS Office

　　Ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds) and operate material handling equipment (forklift)

　　Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

　　Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment
