[]{#a0b5p8m1b1}Assists all shop customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Also, works within a team in a positive, efficient manner on a daily basis.[]{#a0b5p8m1b2}[]{#a0b5p8m1b3}Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.[]{#a0b5p8m1b4}[]{#a0b5p8m1b5}Provides high level of service and integrity to internal customers.[]{#a0b5p8m1b6}Pulls and fills orders from stock.[]{#a0b5p8m1b7}Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.[]{#a0b5p8m1b8}Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.[]{#a0b5p8m1b9}Notifies the service advisor when special ordered parts have been received.Pulls orders for delivery to technicians, making sure all parts are tagged with RO number.[]{#a0b5p8m1c0}[]{#a0b5p8m1c1}[]{#a0b5p8m1c2}Follows up on back-ordered parts.[]{#a0b5p8m1c3}[]{#a0b5p8m1c4}[]{#a0b5p8m1c5}[]{#a0b5p8m1c6}[]{#a0b5p8m1c7}[]{#a0b5p8m1c9}Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service RO.[]{#a0b5p8m1d0}Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original RO number is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, and special order parts.[]{#a0b5p8m1d1}[]{#a0b5p8m1d2}[]{#a0b5p8m1d3}[]{#a0b5p8m1d4}[]{#a0b5p8m1d5}Keeps rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.[]{#a0b5p8m1d6}Cleans computer terminals and printers daily.[]{#a0b5p8m1d7}Participates in all training programs that are made available.[]{#a0b5p8m1d8}Keeps current on new products and product updates.[]{#a0b5p8m1d9}[]{#a0b5p8m1e0}Maintains professional appearance.Works Saturdays on a rotating basis.Northside Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
