Responsibilities:
Provide sales management support toNational Sales Head and support regional marketingevents
Support National Sales Head to drivenational business; monitoring sales and dealers performance
Collect and follow up the forecast, andmonitor the forecast accuracy
Coordinate and facilitate the meetingsand follow up the action plans
Maintain sales funnel and keep updatebi-weekly report
Coordinate and consolidate report (incl.performance report, finance report, etc) and provide data support for businessanalysis to National Sales Head
Collects and screens in a pro-active waybefore submission all expense reports and other written clearance to beapproved; to anticipate request of clarification and to highlight any abnormalfigures, go through sales process and ensuring that all documentation iscompleted in line with Company Policies and Procedures; make interpretationwhere needed
Support daily activities to NationalSales Head and when need for whole team (including internal and externalmeetings, business trips, and participation to marketing or other companyevents)
Requirements:
At least 5 years working experience insales analysis
Good command of MS Office, especially inExcel and PPT for data analysis and sales report
Relevant and demonstrable knowledge ofthe market in which IVD operates, Marcom and relevant experience is a plus
Bachelor Degree and above
