  Job Description Summary

  Responsible for processing daily Treasury transactions in the Branch as well as ensuring customers receive payments in a timely manner. Ensure all Treasury transactions in accordance with procedures manuals, operational guidelines.

  Job Description

  Deliver a high quality of service to customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.

  Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product Offices to collect information and clarify transaction requests specifically for Funds, Derivatives, Money Market, Securities and Forex.

  Work in partnership with various departments including but not limited to Operations to seek advice and support in relation to transactions, if required.

  Process all transactions with error-free for fulfilling customers' needs with satisfactory service and ensure all settlements in accordance with procedures manuals, operational guidelines and regulation.

  Review all documentation prior to processing to ensure accuracy.

  Store documentation in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.

  Complete checklists in a timely manner.

  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.

  Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.

  Support in managing the risk profile for the department.

  Prepare reports including but not limited to financial report, exceptional handling reports, incident and overdue reports.

  Monitor pending items of transactions and communicate with Relationship Manager and customers to manage follow-ups for controlling the risk.

  Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

  Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.

  Any duty assigned from time to time.
