Our client has an amazing opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Process and HAM Pro Consultant.

Due to federal clearance requirements, we are only able to consider US Citizens with Active Public Trust, Secret or Top Secret clearances.

Rate: $90 - $100 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Scope of work to include the following activities:

Fulfill enhancement request submissions from user feedback

Support leadership stakeholder demos and continued knowledge transfer activities

Facilitate continued requirements refinement and joint solutioning

Configure integrations that streamline data and workflow automation

Vantage, ISM-CIF, SMART, FedEx

Improve Online Direct Ordering (ODO) capabilities with CMO

Develop Asset Reclamation/Turn-In, Exchange, Relief of Accountability, Tragic Loss

Configure Digital Clothing Record improvements with document management, CAC signatures and Annual/Event CAC digital clothing record signatures

Complete Central Issue Facility (CIF) Scheduling with CSM Walk-Up Experience

Enable role-based reporting and dashboard capabilities to include, but not limited to, Inventory Adjustment reports

Add additional notifications by UIC/Company and users/groups

Enable Knowledge Management and support the creation of initial Knowledge articles

Support increasing adoption scale beyond the five initial CONUS stockrooms

Enable improvement inventory management and warehousing flows and manage inventory levels

Begin shipping and receiving use cases

Assist with release Go-Live milestones and defect management

Experience Requirements:

Strong BPC with EAM expertise (HAM Proexpert at min) and DoD experience a plus

Must have Public Trust or higher federal clearance

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
