Assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requestsHelp ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair orderConsult customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairsReviews root cause and corrective repair action with the customer during vehicle deliveryDistribute work to technicians, and monitor and update customersAccurately maintain all repair records, comply with safety and environmental programs and practicesFull-time position.
