About Service Writer

　　QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

　　Experience in automotive industry preferredExceptional customer service skills requiredExperience in retail sales preferredEmployer will train the right personDUTIES INCLUDE:

　　Assist customers with repair and scheduled maintenance service requestsHelp ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair orderConsult customers on needed scheduled maintenance repairsReviews root cause and corrective repair action with the customer during vehicle deliveryDistribute work to technicians, and monitor and update customersAccurately maintain all repair records, comply with safety and environmental programs and practicesFull-time position.

　　Wage depends on experience. Benefits include: health insurance; paid time off; paid holidays and 401K plan.
