Description: Service Technician

　　Candidates considered for the service technician role will be responsible for traveling to various sites and working on client specific machines. They will utilize various hand and power tools to complete work orders along with client specific. Sites are typically movie theatres, gas stations, and arcade. Under the supervision of the operations leadership, Service Technicians will be held to a high standard of service | Service Technicians are required to service all ICEE and restaurant equipment including Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc.

　　SHIFT:

　　The days usually start between 6- 8 am and is usually a 10 hour day

　　Service Techs train start day shift, M-F, until they are fully trained. Once they are trained, they will be placed on the either of the below schedules:

　　Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday -Thursday

　　Essential Duties:

　　Receive dispatched service calls as assigned and ensure prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA)

　　Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting or diagnose service problems and repairs as needed

　　Making sure to check quality of all products ie: checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, cleaning around machines, etc

　　Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools, and vehicle

　　Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion

　　Ensure that the point of sale (POS) material is fresh

　　Clear communication is essential to be able to communicate to both customers and co-workers

　　In some locations, the Service Technician will be responsible for machine movement and various other duties as assigned

　　Work may require the use of a ladder from time to time

　　Work Environment

　　Will be Working in different locations each day. They will use a service vehicle to travel to convenient stores, restaurants, and stores like Target and Walmart.

　　Candidates will be given a service vehicle that they will use to travel throughout the western Washington area (Bellingham to Vancouver).

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Haves:

　　-Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge and experience

　　-Clean driving record and willingness to travel

　　-Good customer service and presentable around national accounts

　　Like to Haves:

　　-EPA Certification

　　-Previous experience working with refrigerants and HVAC

　　-Service Technician experience on things like soda fountains, appliances,, ATM's, etc.
