　　Service Techs need to possess the following attributes:HVAC Service Experience.Dependability.Professionalism.Effective communication skills.Ability to Work Independently.Ability to perform diagnostic calls on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, ductless systems, water heaters and generators.Ability to repair and/or replace faulty parts.Knowledge of geothermal systems a plus.Work On-call shifts.Ability to use company van, company phone and iPad.
