　　El Service Support es responsable de gestionar la documentación de seguridad, planificación de los trabajos en campo, gestión de las reparaciones y brindar al cliente la mejor experiencia de Servicio. Estará localizado en Bilbao (Derio).

　　En esta posición, las principales tareas serian:

　　Programación de asistencias al equipo técnico para diferentes tipos de servicios (programación futura, planificación eficiente, reprogramación)

　　Apoyo al suministro de material para el servicio en campo.

　　Comunicación con los clientes internos y externos por teléfono y correo electrónico.

　　Trabajar constantemente en la optimización de la planificación (rutas, duración de las visitas).

　　Comunicación dentro de un equipo europeo.

　　Activación de contratos en el Software, para asegurar la optimización de la planificación de las visitas.

　　Encontrar soluciones creativas para intervenciones/situaciones difíciles.

　　Habilitar las visitas de mantenimiento rellenando los formularios/permisos necesarios para el servicio en campo.

　　Participación activa en la mejora de los sistemas y procesos haciendo sugerencias de mejora.

　　Otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo según lo especificado por el gerente.

　　Esenciales para este empleo:

　　Formación académica Universitaria.

　　Buen conocimiento del inglés (serán valorados idiomas adicionales).

　　Buen conocimiento del paquete “Office”.

　　The Service Support is responsible for managing safety documentation, planning field work, managing repairs and providing the customer the best Service experience. It will be located in Bilbao (Derio).

　　In this position, the tasks to be completed will be the following:

　　Documentation of security and management of the platforms for the access of the field technicians to the clients.

　　Support the Contract Seller with the making of offers.

　　Management of material shipments to Delegations.

　　Stock management.

　　Management of service orders by entering them in the system.

　　Manage new standards for electronic invoicing with Public Administrations.

　　Maintenance and optimization of existing data in the department's software.

　　Management of invoices and customer credit notes.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

　　Good knowledge of English (additional languages will be valued

　　Good knowledge of the "Office" package.
