About Service Sales Specialist

  Join Hitachi Energy's dynamic team in Sweden as a Service Sales Specialist within the Grid Automation business. Take charge of driving service sales in the Swedish market, aligning with our robust service growth strategy and collaborative sales team. Your role extends beyond transactions - you'll play a pivotal part in cultivating enduring customer relationships, addressing specific needs and issues, and proactively uncovering new sales opportunities.   Your responsibilities

  Drive proactive sales efforts to achieve annual sales targets for Grid Automation in Sweden.Actively contribute to the overall sales initiatives of the Swedish and European service sales team.Stay abreast of customer and market trends, leveraging insights to refine and enhance sales strategies.Foster and sustain robust customer relationships through effective relationship building and understanding of customer needs.Champion, execute, and secure orders in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Innovatively address customer requirements, balancing technical and financial aspects, including pricing and trading conditions.Conduct thorough risk analysis to establish optimal sales prices in the Swedish market.Rigorously follow up on sales opportunities, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.Collaborate seamlessly with our European organization for cohesive and impactful sales operations. Elevate your role and make a significant impact in shaping the success of Grid Automation in Sweden and beyond.

  Your background

  Proven experience in B2B sales, with a valuable edge in knowledge of the energy market.A natural flair for selling, coupled with a passion for networking with both customers and colleagues.Possess a technical and/or business degree in a relevant field, ideally complemented by several years of hands-on experience in the Automation Systems market.Demonstrated expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.Bonus points for a background in business development, showcasing your strategic mindset.Comfortable thriving in an international and multicultural work environment.Willingness to travel weekly, ensuring meaningful face-to-face interactions with customers across Sweden.Fluent in both Swedish and English, adept in both written and spoken communication.
