  Position Overview:

  As a Service Sales Representative for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in the wind energy industry, your primary focus will be on negotiating and securing service contracts for wind turbine maintenance and repair. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding their service needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Siemens Gamesa's service offerings.

  Relocation will not be offered for this role.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the wind energy sector who use Siemens Gamesa wind turbines.

  Collaborate with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their service requirements, contract renewal timelines, and budgetary considerations.

  Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and align them with Siemens Gamesa's service offerings, ensuring a tailored approach that addresses specific requirements and maximizes customer satisfaction.

  Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value and benefits of Siemens Gamesa's service contracts, including cost savings, increased turbine performance, and extended equipment lifespan.

  Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' objectives.

  Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the operations team, legal, finance, and engineering, to ensure seamless contract negotiation, execution, and implementation processes.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract negotiations, customer interactions, and sales activities in Salesforce CRM system.

  Secure internal approvals, including using the Salesforce tools.

  Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition and successful implementation of contracted services.

  Stay updated on the latest developments in wind turbine technology, service offerings, and industry regulations to effectively position Siemens Gamesa's service contracts.

  Qualifications and Skills:

  Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

  Minimum of five years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and securing contracts.

  Wind industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

  Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.

  Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions, and legal implications.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

  Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software or similar tools.

  Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

  Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.

  Qualified applicants may be allowed remote working opportunities, based on business needs .
