Service Desk Clerk, Woodlake Market

　　Opportunity

　　Our Woodlake Market team offers a full-service bakery, deli, floral, meat and seafood departments, as well as local organically-raised beef and poultry, and a large selection of unique and hard-to-find specialty grocery products. Join our guest services retail team—the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our customers remember long after their visit.

　　Specific responsibilities

　　Assist cashiers by ringing sales and monitoring checkout lines.

　　Responsible for ringing all lottery and tobacco sales.

　　Answer all incoming calls and transfer, or relay messages appropriately.

　　Assist in handling customer concerns and feedback.

　　Handle cash transactions with customers.

　　Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.

　　Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.

　　This is a full time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary between 5:30am and 8:00pm.

　　Skills/Requirements

　　Must be 18 years of age and have the ability to obtain a liquor license.

　　Customer service experience in a retail setting required.

　　Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)

　　Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
