　　The Engineering function is responsible for all engineering activities within the firm to ensure that business objectives are met. Includes the creation, development, design, and improvement of products, equipment, facilities, services, standards, and procedures in all engineering fields.

　　The primary responsibility of this job is to ensure the growth of the organization’s technology portfolio through concept/idea formulation and prototype development in line with the business strategy, requirement, and specifications. These individuals participate in the evolution and development of new innovative architectures and methods to maintain, upgrade, replace and improve the long-term performance of the existing architectures. They will be required to interact with development teams, Project Managers and Business Analysts and create and/or translate business requirements into executable plans.

　　• Proficient in ITIL Service Management Processes.

　　• Demonstrated experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management.

　　• Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery adhering to ITSM concepts

　　• Hands-on Experience in Infrastructure Support, which doesn't restrict only to integration support and implementation of infrastructure components.

　　• Demonstrated knowledge in IT and its implications for the organization and the industry

　　• Proven ability to integrate across the applications and infrastructure environments to address technical problems and develop long-term plans

　　• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise and appropriate in timing and directed to appropriate levels, from executives, to business, to deep technologists.

　　• Proven strategic thinking and planning skills

　　• Demonstrate the development of engineers in both soft and technical IT skills.

　　• Coaches, counsels, mentors and provides developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Recognizes contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.

　　Education/Experience

　　• Experience in management of 24x7 computer operations department with rapidly changing

　　infrastructure

　　• Proven track record of project planning, management, and execution

　　• Strong data analysis skills that identify baselines, trends, patterns, systemic problems

　　• Ability to think strategically, act tactically and deal effectively with competing priorities and

　　deadlines, must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
