Express Employment Professionals is hiring a “Service Coordinator/CDL Driver” for a local Flathead Valley company!  Work schedule; Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMResponsibilities: •Coordinate propane tank installations and service work with residential and commercial customers. •Ensure customer information is accurate and ready for service technicians prior to service date. Establish delivery status and tank size accordingly. •Foster a positive relationship with delivery drivers helping with questions, customer issues and follow-up service work.  •Dispatch propane deliveries daily. •Oversee lean inventory management, and warehouse tidiness, and ensure service vehicles are organized and have satisfactory supplies for service duties. •Visit customers and/or contractors on site to establish tank location and answer questions on pricing and provided services. •Develop builder and HVAC relationships through creative marketing practices. Help provide those clients with information they need to make an informed decision. •Provide input to make procedures and operations more efficient and increase company profitability. •Complete annual school and bottle fill system evaluations  •Attend and contribute to department meetings.Requirements: Working knowledge of computers, relationship management software, and the ability to learn new programs.  Propane service and safety classes/programs.  Propane Industry knowledge.  Management/Supervisory skills. Supervisory and/or leadership experience.
