About Service Center Operator I - California Pacific Medical Ctr

  Job Description

  The Service Center Operator I is responsible for responding to inbound calls and requests for service needs. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

  COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position starts at $24 to $24.25, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

  If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

  LOCATION: California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA.

  Job Responsibilities

  Responsible for receiving calls for service; prioritizes and coordinates the service requestsIdentify and resolve customer needsCoordinate with internal resources to resolve service requestsHandles and maintains of all records and documentation of service requests; uses software to log activityProvides customer service and maintains a friendly and effective demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers

  Qualifications

  Must have a familiarity with computer applications and navigation of systemsDemonstrates strong social skills, accuracy, and attention to detailProven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalMust be available to work required hours based on business needs
