　　Schedule: Weekend availability required

　　Pay Range: Starting at $17.00 based on experience + bonus opportunities

　　The Cashier/BDC Admin is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within a dealership.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom

　　Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention

　　Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.

　　Utilize computer skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.

　　Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the LSMS Coordinator or General Manager for further review.

　　Direct calls and h andle all customer payment and credit transactions.

　　Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s.

　　Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.

　　Qualifications:

　　Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

　　Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

　　One to two years of previous cashier experience is preferred.
