Full & Part Time available Role Overview A restaurant server takesorders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells therestaurant\'s food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders withthe kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service andcleaning. Responsibilities & Duties Primary job function is to ensureguest satisfaction, by providing quality customer service throughout thedining experience Menu knowledge should be extensive. Awareness andability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items Ensure thetable is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have beenprovided and anticipate guest\'s needs prior to them asking All ordersshould be relayed to the service bar and the kitchen via the POS tabletContinuous interaction with the kitchen to ensure delivery of all fooditems Setting up and maintaining sections throughout the shift Shouldpossess the ability to multi-task and be aware of several tablesprogression through the dining experience Cash handling: closing out ofall table checks in an orderly and timely fashion. Providing the guestwith accurate and complete change, coupled with a sincere ?Thank You,?and invitation to return Ability to lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs.Ability to work in various temperature environments, for example lowtemperature in the refrigerator and high temperature in the cookingarea. Should expect to exert a fast paced mobility thought shift between4 and 10 hours in length Be a team player, assisting other team memberswhenever needed to ensure customer satisfaction Post shift side work, asassigned via corresponding section assignment.
