  Senior Warehouse Clerk SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE

  Our Middleburg Heights site is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join their 1st Shift team! As the Warehouse Clerk, you will perform a full range of order fulfillment and warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials. You will assist with processing requests for items, pulling and assembling kits for shipping, along with preparing and packing items for shipment. You will be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

  Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)

  Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

  Your Challenge

  Receives material and verifies count against accompanying documents.

  Processes requests for items, pulls, and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment.

  Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.

  Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

  Ability to manage and process a high volume of incoming materials efficiently.

  Quality control and ensuring the received materials meet quality standards and specifications.

  Accurate and timely recording of received items, including invoices, packing slips, and other relevant documentation.

  Maintain accurate inventory records by reconciling discrepancies and conducting regular audits.

  Dealing with returned or damaged goods, ensuring proper documentation and communication with vendors

  What You Bring

  4-6 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.

  High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  Experience in Oracle or other ERP/MRP system preferred

  Prior experience in a machining (milling and turning) preferred

  Display an understanding of the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures.

  Understanding quality control measures to uphold the product standards.

  Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers, internal teams, and resolving issues promptly.

  Ability to identify and solve issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.

  Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and recording and handling received materials.

  Working collaboratively with other departments, such as logistics, warehouse, and procurement, to ensure a smooth flow of materials
