　　This person will manage and lead the proposal and development of aerospace components, ensuring flawless execution in a complex New Product Introduction (NPI) environment. This person will function as an Integrated Product Team Leader, coordinating all functional disciplines throughout the production life cycle.

　　Hybrid: This is a hybrid position at our Plant 1 location - 2421 11th Street, Rockford, Illinois. This role have a combination of onsite and remote work (weekly onsite presence is required).

　　May be eligible for relocation.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Accountable for the full lifecycle of products and services from inception through completion, inclusive of pursuit and order capture, design and development, produce to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans.

　　Assigned as the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, performance and on-time delivery of products within the Mechanical Power Conversion (MPC) site.

　　Leads decision making for the IPTs and applies critical thinking where incomplete data exists.

　　Develops internal networks and communicates vision to IPT and stakeholders within and outside of the function.

　　Coordinates with production, operations, supply chain in managing production deliveries to meet customer schedule requirements.

　　Represents the Program to the company senior leadership, managing and reporting on-time delivery, production capacity, and customer satisfaction.

　　Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from manufacturing, procurement, and engineering areas.

　　Supports and organizes program reviews, team meetings, and other regular business activities.

　　Manages the financial sales plan specific to programmatic deliveries.

　　Responsible for the business performance of assigned programs and customers including operational performance, sales, EBIT, and cost reduction.

　　Ensures customer satisfaction through strong communication and concise presentation material.

　　Manages and communicates demand and orders into the operations value stream.

　　Qualifications/Experience Needed:

　　Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Supply Chain, Delivery Assurance and/or Operations experience within the Aerospace industry is preferred.

　　Prior NPI/NPD experience is preferred

　　Program management experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

　　Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.

　　Advanced degree(s) in business management preferred.

　　The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
