This position reports into Ecuador’s Head of Property Package. These are some the responsibilities:•  Develop and manage the portfolio of commercial accounts and lead the underwriting process by ensuring it complies with the goals and objectives of production and profitability. •  Monitor the profitability of the portfolio. •  Prepare information and analysis to the Head of Property. •  Ensure that adequate information is being input into the system and properly coded for the extraction and analysis of the same. •  Consolidate and reconcile financial reports and budget.•  Partnering with distribution (commercial) team to drive results towards sales targets, effective communication of underwriting actions.•  Identify business opportunities, engage with broker/agent development plans to ensure profitable income from key and potential brokers, participate in broker development plans. •  Cooperation with distribution to improve non-claims customer experience, develop new prospect leads and improve current client relationships.•  Lead the usage of Property’s UW tool GLMS in the country
