　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are IBM ZOS (Z Operating System) professional working on Z Enterprise Systems and we build the most secure systems for our Banking and Enterprise customers to deploy their mission critical applications. Also, We provide utmost security and Data management on Z systems.

　　Responsibilities :

　　To Build the world most secure system via Z systems which helps customers to deploy their application, also provide a platform to deploy Private Cloud, Standalone systems hosting mission critical application, also to defend against threats like Cyber Threats, etc and making the enablement experience quicker and easier.

　　As part of Solution Test, Validation & Automation Team, we focus on delivering the HIGH Quality zOS System where customers can TRUST and reply on our systems to deploy their mission critical enterprise applications, Banking applications, etc.

　　System Testing of various z/OS software components - Key Focus on HIGH Quality product, Performance and Ease of Use.

　　Certify the product and meet the exit criteria before the z/OS Software is released to the Customers.

　　Develop Test cases and Automate Testing, so the test cases / Regression suites can be frequently used to save time and build Quality for every software release.

　　Innovate and provide ideas and build End to End Automation which helps in System test validation.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　10+ years of relevant experience

　　Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Test automation development

　　Experience in leading teams & delivering multiple missions / products

　　Technical Expertise (Mandatory): REXX, JCL Programming, Python, Bash, System programmers with good System level experience - both zOS & Linux.

　　Good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a global team environment.

　　Able to guide a team of lesser experienced professionals

　　Excellent Communication and leadership skills

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience in Java, Javascript, System level knowledge - OS Components & Software Stack.

　　QA experience (preferably on System projects)
