　　What you'll do...

　　Walmart Global Tech is looking to hire a Senior Technology Operations individual for the Sunnyvale location. This candidate will develop and implement best in class program management practices for the execution of Marketplace initiatives that provide customers/members with desired products, services, and experiences and that grow the business.

　　About Team : Marketplace

　　Marketplace Engineering team is at the forefront of building core platforms and services to enable Walmart to deliver vast selection at competitive prices and with best-in-class post-order experience by enabling third-party sellers to list, sell and manage their products to our customers on walmart.com. We do this by managing the entire seller lifecycle, monitoring customer experience, and deliver high- value insights to our sellers to help them plan their assortment, price, inventory. The team also actively collaborates with partner platform teams to ensure we continue to deliver the best experience to our sellers and our customers.

　　What you'll do :

　　Manage cross functional dependencies within domains, foundational and business critical initiatives with basic technical understanding

　　Manage Marketplace engineering roadmaps, potential risks and solution management to keep programs on track

　　Clear communication for capacity planning, sprint management and deliverable timelines by program health aligned to responsibilities

　　Involve in technical discussions with product and engineering stakeholders and align on the asks and track it to closure

　　Coordinate the activities of multiple cross-functional scrum teams to complete projects in support of Global Marketplace Tech strategy and objectives

　　Ensures the delivery of critical deliverables and provides leadership awareness around Schedule, Scope and Budget

　　Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, onshore development teams and third-party vendors.

　　Manages multiple, highly complex Marketplace projects with various stakeholders

　　Build Program Management Frameworks/Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

　　Provides and supports the implementation of business solution

　　What you'll bring :

　　Bachelor or Master degree in Science/Business/Finance or related field with 7-10 years' technical program management experience in product development life cycle projects

　　Program Management experience in Marketplace and ecom domain would be preferred

　　One or more certifications in Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certification in Business Project Management or Project Management Professional

　　The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

　　Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
