　　The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cyber-security and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. 　　We are seeking a Technical Security Project Manager to join our Global Security Organization. As part of the Security Execution and Performance Team, you'll drive the end-to-end delivery of highly technical projects that enable crossfunctional security and privacy at TikTok.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Provide technical strategy and management for crossfunctional security projects. Projects will deliver operational security services. This could include projects related to data projection, content assurance, incident management, security metrics, or other traditional security discipline

　　- Coordinate stakeholder workstreams across disciplines and regions

　　- Create and maintain project plans and roadmaps in accordance with organizational priorities; define delivery methodologies and drive project execution

　　- Assemble teams with the right skills to excute delivery including subject matter experts, project sponsors, and operational resources

　　- Work closely with security, privacy, and engineering leaders to understand organizational priorities and to sequence and/or deonclift projects accordingly

　　- Manage various collaboration tools and reporting dashboards to ensure accurate and timely status updates on project execution

　　Qualifications

　　- 3+ years of management experience of varying seniority, including managing a team

　　- 8+ years of technical security operations or security engineering experience.

　　- Experience driving technical programs from scoping to delivery at scale

　　- Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.

　　- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and thought leadership.

　　- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

　　- Experience working for a company with a with a global footprint.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $147200 - $269800 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
