Collaborate with HRIS team to leverage workforce datato make informed talent strategy recommendations, evaluate effectivenessand show business impact. Lead and refine semi-annual talent reviewprocess to focus on the development needs of high potential and keytalent and support HR Business Partners in talent review sessions.Design and implement an effective succession planning approach toidentify, develop, and move successors within the organization tostrengthen the leadership pipeline and reduce risk. Support criticalrole and skill identification and partner with HR Business Partners andTalent Acquisition to build internal and external talent plans for theorganization and by area.
